Masjid Ar-Rahman is one of the largest masjids in the Mid-South.  An adjacent facility (under construction) will add a gymnasium, daycare, classrooms, and youth lounge.  Islamic Association of Greater Memphis (IAGM) also administrates Masjid Al-Noor, which serves the University of Memphis.

We seek an imam with energy, vision, and leadership to nurture our vibrant community. Our future imam will join a group of outstanding, scholarly, collegial Imams of Memphis area masjids. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or higher | Formal training in Islamic Studies from an accredited or renowned program | Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) | Mastery of Qur’anic recitation | Experience as an imam in a Western country | Certifiable knowledge of Islamic law & theology | Ability to work legally in the US​
